Test your mettle against the chess players throughout the metro area! Each participant will play SIX GAMES OF TOURNAMENT CHESS!
♜ Individual Tournament: Students will play six games in a Swiss Style, non-elimination tournament. Players are paired randomly for the first round, and the following matches are based on their tournament scores. If a player wins more games, they will also play other players who have won more often. By the sixth round, we will have a clear champion.
Many games use clocks. USCF tiebreaker rules will be used.
Pizza, snacks, and beverages will be provided.
